The South Florida Garlic Fest celebrates its’ 20th Anniversary this year! The South Florida Garlic Fest is the epitome of homegrown talent and a cultural showcase providing an outlet for local artists and chefs to express themselves. In a variety of mediums, Garlic Fest serves as a gathering festival focal point for musicians, artist of every genre and culinary artists. Each year over 40,000 local South Floridians attend to enjoy the premier food and entertainment event in South Florida.
The Garlic Fest was created by a small group of Palm Beach County residents who were looking for a creative way to provide funding for local non-profit organizations that are in support of arts and / or education for youth. The event is staffed by 10 local organizations who volunteer at the Garlic Fest, providing our youth opportunities to learn life’s important lessons of teamwork and collaboration. Many return year after year just to experience the collaborative community that Garlic Fest has built! Now in its’ 20th year, the Garlic Fest has donated over $610,000 to these organizations and continues its mission to raise funds and enhance the cultural experience of Palm Beach County.
